Q: I have my own artwork, can you edit and make changes ?
A: Yes, but we would need the open file in the format it was designed.

Q: What design programs do you have ?
A: Freehand, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Photoshop etc

Q: How will I received my project once its complete ?
A: Design work will be emailed, printed work can be collected, delivered OR couriered

Q: Who owns the rights to the designing ?
A: Once all payments are up to date the artwork belongs to you.

Q: I am opening a new business, but don't know where to start with my business identity,
can you help ?
A: Yes, it is always best to organise a meeting with us to conceptualize an identity as
well as a marketing strategy.

Q: I need something done in a hurry, can you help me
A: We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our
production schedule is, but please note we have estimated time schedules for
litho printing that is beyond our control.

Q: I have my own artwork that I would like to have printed
A: that’s fine, we can print as long as the artwork is set up to our print specifications.

Q: Can I see the design before its printed ?
A: All jobs are signed off beforesent to print.

Q: I want a website, but I know nothing about web design or how websites “go on the
internet”, can you help me?
A: Yes, we arrange a meeting with all new website clients to explain the process and
design of a website. We can also help clients with everything from registering domain
names to hosting.

Q: What kind of websites do you produce?
A: We develop and design websites according to client needs.

Q: I would like a flash website, can you help?
A: We don’t recommend websites that are built entirely of flash because of the long
download time and some peoples browsers don’t support flash. However it is fine to
incorporate flash elements into your site.

Q: I have a website that I want changes made to, can you help?
A: Yes, we require the websites FTP details so that we can downloaded, edit and upload
the pages that you need changing.

Q: How long will it take for my website to be designed.
A: Our usual turn around time for websites is 4 to 5 days depending on size, requirements
and all information and artwork supplied for the website.

Q: Can I get e-mail with my website?
A: Yes, all web packages come with several e-mail addresses of your choice.

Q: How many pages can I have on my site?
A: As many as you want, but bear in mind the price will increase per page.

Q: What method of payment do you accept ?
A: EFT, Cash or Credit card

Q: What are your payment terms ?
A: All projects under R1000 to be paid upfront and in full before any design or printing can
commence. Projects above R1000 on acceptance of the quote a 50% deposit is payable, the balance will be COD.
No artwork or design can be released without full payment.
